Educational Consulting Services

My Story
During my 2 decades in education, I have served as a Middle and High School Teacher, Department Chair, Division Teacher-Leader, K-12 Division Instructional Coach and SIOP Trainer, and School-Based Instructional Coach. This diversity of experience has allowed me to teach or coach in all content areas and across all grade levels K-12. Additionally, I have extensive experience with large- and small-group training and coaching of teachers and administrators.

In addition to my work in the public school system, I have also worked as an Educational Consultant for Margarita Calderon and Associates and have contributed to multiple publications, including serving as co-author of an upcoming book from ASCD.

I possess an undergraduate degree in English and a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Multicultural/Multilingual Education; I also completed a Masters-level certification in Education Leadership as well as a coach training program accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

I have taught classes in English, Reading, Writing, Math, Science, and History and have provided training and coaching to teachers across content areas and grade clusters. Additionally, I have held leadership positions at both the school and division level.

I believe it is possible to help ALL students learn and grow, and it has been my life's work to support teachers in making this happen.
