Many times I see women struggling to make decisions, not because they don’t have the knowledge or ability to but because they are second-guessing themselves.
What if something goes wrong?
Which is the right choice to make?
What if I make the wrong choice?
How do I know this will work?
The list could go on and on…
But here’s the thing - making decisions CAN be quick and easy if you rely on a few guiding principles:
I am willing to make what I believe is the best decision right now based on who I am in this moment and the information I have available to me.
I am capable of pivoting if needed or if I find that another choice or pathway will be a better one for me…and doing so without judgment of my original choice or myself.
I am able to believe that I can create the best possible outcome for myself in any situation, regardless of my circumstances.
What do these 3 principles have in common? The ability to TRUST yourself to navigate whatever may come, NO MATTER WHAT.
Curious about how to develop this kind of trust in yourself? Send me a message, and let’s chat😊
